Allysia is the owner of Art of a Dog Mom. She's the mother to one lovely human and six furbabies. She uses writing to cope and lives life with a smile.

Allysia has suffered from mental illness and depression for many years. Journaling was what got her through the times and she still uses writing today as a huge part of coping day to day. 

These trash journal's have been created by Allysia to remind others that they're not alone, everyone experiences ups and downs in life, but for some, it's just more intense. Harder to cope and harder to connect. Put on paper, leave it there and learn to heal.
