Saucy Sows is a family owned business in Degraff Ohio. We carry a large variety of their products at TheDepot in Downtown Lakeview, and LOVE them as a Food Vender.
Saucy Sows started in 2011 with a sweet pepper mustard that came in both original and spicy. Since then they have added an original horseradish sauce, a smoky horseradish sauce, a sweet Kentucky bourbon BBQ sauce, moonshine mustard and a sweet Kentucky bourbon glaze & marinade. They have landed in approximately 300 locations with most being in Ohio, but have some stores in Northern Kentucky, Southern Michigan, Eastern Indiana and the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
I love everything about Entrepreneur Scott Scherer, and the Brand he is building Saucy Sow! Although my primary business over the years was real estate, and apartment operations, I did co-found a Hot Sauce Company, StreetEatzz in 2010, that we grew both as a Foodie Sauce and as Micro CoPackers. I say that to say, growing a Sauce Company is not for the faint of heart, yet Scout and his family have earned product placement in nearly 300 locations, as well as opened Saucy Sows Farm Market, To that, We say Bravo Friend, Well Done!
