Merfs' wing sauces are scary good, so we named them after legendary scary creatures from cultures all over the world. Chupacabra, (pronounced choo-puh-kaa-bruh) in Latin American popular legend, is a monstrous creature that attacks animals and consumes their blood. Chupacabra Wing Sauce is made with the delicious chipotle meco: a shoe-leather lookin', twice-smoked, intensely rich dried chili. Enjoy the flavor and savor the heat!
