This sign has been hand painted and refinished in a rustic farmhouse look. Reclaimed wood sign features hand stenciled saying "FAMILY BIRTHDAYS" and the 12 months of the year run across the bottom with a coordinating hook to hang round wooden tags for important dates to remember.

Rectangle sign measures approximately 24" wide and 8" high with the hooks. Can be custom painted to preferred color or personalized with a different saying. Includes 12 round wooden tags. Additional tags may be purchased with the order.
