Merfs Hot Sauce Chipotle Joe

We partnered with Pablo’s to create a hot sauce that is richly flavorful and intensely satisfying. It’s bright with sweet cherries and chilis and finishes with smoke and Pablo’s coffee. For this product, we’re using a full-bodied dark roast called Danger Monkey, Pablo’s most popular coffee.

HEAT LEVEL: Medium 6/10

Pairings: roasted butternut squash, meat + cheese plates, chipotle aioli, game meats, hamburgers.

Ingredients: water, cherry juice, apple cider vinegar, Danger Monkey dark roast coffee, organic cherries, organic apple juice, monkfruit sweetener, chipotle meco, ancho chili, salt, ghost chili.
